Last Minute Mother’s Day Gifts
So maybe you forgot Mother’s Day is this weekend or maybe like me you’re just an uber procrastinator. Regardless of your reason, here are some affordable Mother’s Day gifts you can get like yesterday. Every Gift option I will be showing can be found at your local target because everyone has a target and it’s probably the one place open during this crisis. Check out some really cute essentials to make mom a DIY self-care basket this M-Day:
The Self Care Mama
This is for the Mom in your life who is all about her self-care. She’s the kind of super mom who can put the kids to bed and still have time for a bubble bath and some wine. Head over to Target and raid their skin and hair care section. This is what I did for a $10 and under secret Santa at work and let me tell you, my gift was the best one. Going big doesn’t have to break the bank.
This DIY set includes:
A super cute mug for all the Tea she’ll spill with friends, or coffee. Mom knows best. A Body Butter and Sugar Scrub Set from my favorite target brand that smells just about heavenly. The Mom Bomb bath fizzer for a relaxing night in without having to wait at LUSH. A Facial roller because seriously, we all need one.
For The Mom-to- Be
Never neglect the mother to be in your life. Treat her with a little something special to make her feel loved and ready for the exciting journey ahead. The road to motherhood can be stressful and filled with not only a lot of changes to your body, but anxious days and restless nights. This set will help her get all the relaxation she needs while her little bundle grows within.
This Includes:
A calming Pillow Mist she can spray for restless nights, lavender is great for relaxation. A Bathtub pillow to release tension from her neck while she takes bubble baths/naps. A Ocean and Sage Scented Candle and the guide to motherhood your mother wishes she had.
The New Mom
Parenthood is hard, but its harder when you’re just beginning. Here are a few gifts for all the new moms in your life. She’ll be thanking you when she finally gets the chance.
This Includes:
An Anti-Puff Patches for all those sleepless nights. A Mommy Mug for all the coffee she’ll need in the days to come. A Daily Reflections book that she can look back one in the future. An Electric Wine Opener: She’ll insist that she won’t need it, trust me she does. Let’s not forget the edible cookie dough. Why? Remember that episode of Rugrats with Stu eating pudding at 3 am?
For The Mom You Hardly Visit
You don’t live with mom anymore, but between life and your busy schedule, you never get the chance to visit. Show mom that you still care with this gift set that basically says you’re always on my mind.
This one includes:
Slippers as warm as a hug from her favorite kid. Letters she can always look through when she’s feeling alone. Some Bling so, you’ll always be with her, even when you’re miles away. Lastly, Chocolate sweeter than all the love in your heart.
It may not have been the gift you wanted, but it will sure as hell suffice. Next Mother’s Day plan ahead. Personally, my mother will not be getting a gift from me this year, because her 60th birthday is a week later and we’re planning a banger, but I hope this works out for you all!
*These are just a few gift ideas, that doesn’t mean you have to buy them. Also check on the Target App of your local target to make sure they have it before you buy.
Happy Mother’s Day to My Mommy Readers,
Bri.

The self care kit is so perfect! My father and I always team up on Mother’s Day to get my mom something and a self care kit is something we always go for ☺️ Love this post!
